MESSE MAGDEBURG - Visitor rules

By entering the exhibition area of MESSE MAGDEBURG (referred to as MESSE in the following) you agree to the rules that are listed below.

1.	The Messe- und Veranstaltungsgesellschaft Magdeburg GmbH (Magdeburg Exhibition and Event Corporation – MVGM), Tessenowstraße 9, 39114 Magdeburg, tel.: +49 391 5934-50, holds the rights of the householder and may execute these rights if necessary.

2.	Children under the age of 6 must be under direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian when entering the MESSE.

3.	Visitors are only permitted to enter the MESSE, and all halls and premises belonging to it, with a valid ticket. Entry is also only allowed during the operating opening hours. The respective opening hours for an exhibition or event are posted at the entrances and the ticket counters.

4.	Day tickets expire upon leaving the area of the MESSE. Entering the exhibition area a second time after having left it for a short period of time is only permitted if the day ticket had been marked accordingly by an authorised member of the counter or supervisory staff beforehand.

5.	Tickets are neither returnable nor refundable. Lost tickets can not be replaced.

6.	The appointed staff may excute the rights of the householder at any time. It is authorised to conduct an inspection of personal belongings. Instructions of the staff are to be followed at all times.

7.	Access may be denied in case of an unforeseen event. The face value of the ticket would then be refunded.

8.	All visitors are asked to hand over lost property they might have found to the staff of the ticket counter. The lost property is then stored in the offices of the MVGM or in the local lost-property office in Magdeburg for a defined period of time. The MVGM is not liable for any lost property.

9.	Commercial activities as well as photographing, filming, sound recording etc. for non-private purposes are only permitted with approval of the MVGM. This rule does not apply to accredited press and broadcast journalists working for the media.

10.	Most services that are received on the premise of the MESSE, like catering etc., are provided by external companies. In case of an occuring problem, visitors are asked to contact the respective company directly.

11.	Visitors are not allowed to sell, present or advertise any kind of product or service on the premise of the MESSE without the explicit approval of the management of the MVGM.

12.	Visitors are liable for any damage they might cause.

13.	It is permitted: - To distribute any kind of writings. - To remove or relocate information signs. - To enter the exhibition area by motor vehicle without permission. - To use bikes, skateboards, inliners etc. on the premise. - To bring along glass bottles or cans. - To remove or modify any facilities or fittings. - To bring along weapons of any kind. - To stage a demonstration or rally.

14.	Every visitor is obliged to behave in way that ensures decency, safety, cleanliness and order. Other visitors should neither be disturbed nor harassed.
